  Firstly I entered this establishment with the premise of obtaining a bank cheque a seemingly simple task , however I soon realized this would not be the case. At first glance when you enter this branch of the commonwealth there are a number of workers standing around greeting you looking busy , far from the fact that there was only two actual bank tellers on and a line of 15+ - logic would have appeared to go out the door with this bunch. The events which followed really boggles the mind , from being told the funds we're still on hold to the point of them saying they cannot do anything to establish the bank cheque but then after the tedious task of checking with someone else we're actually able to do something and get the bank cheque ;heaven forbid it took the smug lady a little walk to ask her supervisor to do it. If you are going to enter this branch also bring a popcorn and a drink because some of the customers are worth the viewing time , however if you do not have the patience they can really get the blood boiling , from under the influence customers to people who just wanted to be abusive - it really is all there . - Enter at your own peril , you could end up in the twilight zone.

  First time here. Got told 45 min wait to do a 1 minute process. And then after i finished i had to wait another 20 minutes for no reason

  Long Que's, slow service I only use Salisbury bank if I really have too, other wise I prefer other branches

  Got screwed around on phone bye bank. They canselled my main account card bye accident. 3 phone calls in 2 weeks waiting for new cards then told have to go down to bank to order the cards
