  I just went in there to get my 3 year old son tube changed on his bike, one staff member I think was one of the owners was extremely rude. while waiting for the tube to get changed my son jumped on a balance bike to test it out, and this guy said can u tell him to get off it, I said oh sorry he was just testing it out to which he replied it's not his personal toy u know, he's dirtying the wheels, in a real mean, snarky tone. I was quite taken aback, fair enough if he doesn't want him to ride it but didn't have to be so rude about it! He could have been polite about it especially to a paying customer, He was that confronting that wen they bought my sons bike out to us my son hid behind my leg scared he was going to get in trouble or something. ill never go back there, star cycles in Elizabeth are very polite and have better stock I will give them all my business from now on.
