  $160 quote over phone, i repeated $160 and answer was yes. Booked it in and when service??? Was finished was told $260+$17 waste fee. Told secretary i was told $160 then he rattled off he took booking and said $260 ,cash or card. Doubt the air filter was changed at all. Wouldnt trust them again. Wont be back

  I own a Mitsubishi Challenger 2014 phoned for quote for 30,000 service and was told $348.00. All good I booked it in. Hour latter I was told I needed a new pollen filter, wheel alignment, new fuel filter. I agreed and said yes. Got a call 4hrs after and was told my car was ready to pick up. Got to the store and was given a bill $720.13 I felt sick to the stomach and could not believe what I saw. Pollen filter $95.00, original part $34.15. Fuel filter $95.00 original part $63.60, Air filter $45.00, original part $46.50. At 30,000 kms I would not have thought my brake system needed flushing $95.00 and a wheel alignment, all four wheels ? at $110.00. I wonder what was done for my original quote of $348.00. Please people stay well clear or say NO to extras and get it done elsewhere.

  I highly recommend Auto Masters Salisbury. I feel comfortable coming here, the staff are very friend, honest and charge a decent price. When they give you a quote there is no increased fluctuation, so you do not have to worry if they are going to charge extra. I was surprised that they vacuumed and cleaned my car after the service. Very professional place.

  Extremely rude with no customer care, support or ethics. If you cannot conduct yourself in a professional manner when an educated customer offering potential business is asking simple questions then why on earth are you behind the desk representing the Auto Masters brand. An absolutely huge thumbs down. Pick the act up guys!
