  Had to get some emergency office supplies, 3 items scanned over the price two where double the listed price! They do not follow the Retail Trade Association Policy of free item for over scanned prices (Worrying). When the fact of the fraudulent over pricing the staff did not bother to inform anyone it was over scanning and when asked about this they did not know who to tell, so did not bother to tell anyone (clearly did not care). A week latter the same two items where still over pricing. I wonder how many people they have defrauded? over the years!

  The last 3 times I've called for pricing information and product availability I've been greeted rudely and unprofessionally by 3 different individuals. The lack of support and general care was missing. I've worked in sales and retail for majority of my working life and I'm well aware of peak times, stress, etc. But this is your job and for it to happen 3 times, there's no excuse. I drive 25 minutes out of my way (straight past) to shop at a different store.

  Good for buying reasonable prices clothing for children and other kids items. A bit slow to get service, seems a bit understaffed.
