  This 5 star review is for Lindsey Sawtell the rental manager. We had to make our first ever claim due to tenants running away and malicious damages- very unpleasant experience, but Lindsey has been extremely helpful with the claim process. He kept me fully informed (very important for an interstate investor) , helps us to claim as if it's his own investment property.

The things that made him stand out from the pack was his friendly manner, excellent communication, thorough & concise presentation where he used his iPad to show us real-time examples of the marketing strategy and how he was going to sell our home. Prior to sale we had Ray White Salisbury’s stylist come to our home, the advice & recommendations we received put us at a huge advantage and are the reason why our home presented so well both in photo and in person. During the open inspections & resulting sale Ryan regularly kept us updated at every stage and was easily contactable and approachable when we had questions.
