  We have completed a number of other renovation and building projects over the past decade or so. I wish we had started with this company first up! I have never known a kitchen renovation to be completed with such a minimum of disruption, on time and budget, and with such a courteous and accomplished team of workers.

  My highest praise goes to the building team, led by site manager Jason. He took care to communicate every step constantly and openly, and he ensured the work was completed on schedule (even despite the inevitable unavoidable delays at various stages along the way). Jason was always friendly, trustworthy and respectful of our every need and concern. We greatly appreciate his attention to detail - including keeping the site clear and tidy even during the most chaotic demolition times. The excellent result owes much to his expertise, flexibility, guidance and commitment to quality. Every tradesperson who worked on site took extraordinary care to complete their work to the highest possible standard. I am especially grateful to Wayne for his fastidious carpentry and his patient willingness to fit a quirky set of antique French doors to a new structure.

  Welcome Home Enterprises provided an excellent home renovation service. The entire experience was very satisfying and hassle-free and the result is a lovely new kitchen that was completed on time, on budget, and exactly matching our hopes and expectations. The estimator Damir was very helpful in the initial stages and was able to prepare a building plan that achieved a high quality result within our budget. He respected our financial limit and worked with the kitchen contractor to ensure the best outcome for us. We were equally satisfied with the service provided by Town and Country Kitchens. The design advice was excellent and the team there were thorough in manufacturing a high quality kitchen that perfectly suits our requirements and fits seamlessly into the space.

  The workmanship and attention to detail was very good and we are happy with the final product of our bedroom and bathroom build on. Jason was fantastic with his thorough work! However was very disappointed with the experience. They were very part time and rarely stuck to the dates they said things would be done by. The sales man was very disappointing, seemingly conning us into thinking things were included that were not and consequently we went $30 000 over budget! Our advice - they are worth using for quality but BE CAREFUL read your scope of works carefully, don't believe anything they say verbally without getting it in writing, and remember that even if things are drawn on the plans by their architect it does NOT mean they are included in their price... be ready for variation payments, don't expect to pay what they tell you. Be vigilant.
