  If the Colonel was alive today he'd shut down this restaurant and spend six months properly training the management staff to understand how to provide quality and quick service. No customer should wait longer to receive fast food IN THE DRIVE THRU than a full meal at a restaurant outlet like Fasta Pasta; and this is when the store is practically empty of customers.

  Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without moving an inch . then a further 10 minutes before getting to the window . Thought it was fast food. Would of been quicker at golden rooster. Just couldn't reverse out . Told the young girl at the food service end to tell the manager and got an excuse that was cause the main restaurant was closed . Dont think so .

  Ordered via their smartphone app and the process was simple. Food was fresh and worth the money I paid, good for a quick bite if you're in the area and dont have much time.

  I would highly recommend all to go to a different KFC such as Mawson Lakes which do a much better job, pretty disappointed that Salisbury KFC has gone downhill.

  This place is a joke. Waited in line 20 mins to get served. Fast food restaurant??? Wish there was a half star

  This KFC is a bit hit and miss I've had KFC that was fine here but last night was probably the worst KFC I have ever had the chicken was overcooked and extremely greasy, more than normal, the potato and gravy was extremely runny and basically slop, the chips were the only part that was okay
