    DO NOT LET THEM MANAGE YOUR RENTAL OR SELL YOUR HOME! they got me the worst tenant who caused excessive damage to the property and failed to vacate for days after her eviction and then when it went to tribunal some how managed to make it so I had to pay the tenant nearly $1000 in compensation. I tried to sell my home through them but they didn't hold any open inspections or do anything they promised so I took the property away from them and refused to pay. since they were managing my rental property they withdrew the fee form my rental income without permission. they are dodgy and unprofessional. LANDLORDS BE WARNED
