  This company sold me a property that was owned by a mortgage broker/real estate agent. Home was left in a disgraceful state and then 5 days after settlement one of their agents also allowed the previous owners to break into my home to collect property that was supposed to be collected day of settlement. Police report lodged and everyone at Harcourts Sargent - Salisbury & Fairview Park office have wiped their hands of the problem saying that "Court will have this case dismissed" and "Goodluck proving the break in" -Matt Sargeant, Chris Janzon & Scott Newton.

  Anyone who is considering purchasing a home from this company beware as they have made it clear the contract has no legal grounds and cannot prove anything and real estate agents just look after themselves.

  I've made SEVEN attempts in the past 30hours to get in touch with someone from this agency as a buyer about a property they have listed. Three unanswered calls, (two voicemails left) and web-enquiry to the agent yesterday. Another voicemail left, after three unanswered calls to the office number at various times today. Haven't heard boo, very poor form.
