  Today 5/10/2017 my partner and I went into this store to upgrade our phones. We were helped by a man named Ryan, he went above and beyond to help us with everything we need and we are very happy and grateful as we left the store with massive smiles on our faces.

  asked what my options were, he replied "You have no options". No after sales service offered at all unless I was willing to pay for it. Very disappointing. Will not recommend Telstra, or Parabanks store to anyone.

  stay away from this store they totally ripped me off charges me $360 for items worth max 50 did not apear on my bill didnt want to rectify it telstra itself wont deal with it the managers name is brendon do yourselves a favour dont get ripped off by shopping there

  A horrible experience, was greeted by kind faces but soon felt like I was treated like a number, the simple courtesy to put my SIM in was missed and my incorrect SIM placement cost me the entire cost of a new phone 2 mins after leaving the store. There were multiple other issues too but won't list here. I highly do not recommend.
